CMS has released the OASIS-C Guidance Manual (formerly Chapter 8) minus guidance for the wound items.

CMS and the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (NPUAP) are conducting further review of the wound section of the OASIS item-by-item guidance document, which may result in changes in the original version of the guidance released Sept. 22, according to CMS.
